Every FSR radiator is constructed for the highest level of performance using an all-aluminum design which provides the highest level of heat transfer. The furnace brazing process applies heat to all the elements of the core and brazes them together eliminating the need for epoxy on the header to tube joint. Each FSR radiator is put through a multi-step quality control process including being pressurized beyond working pressures and checked for leaks. No radiator leaves FSR with even the slightest leak. Comes standard with 1-1/2” inlet and 1-3/4” outlet.
Chevy style radiators have the inlet on the left (driver) side and outlet on the right (passenger) side while the Ford style is opposite. Chevy double pass radiators have the inlet and outlet on the right (passenger) side.
